When was the last time you opened a reference book as compared to finding your information online therefore, less books on the shelves. Fewer secretaries and executive assistants – professionals deal directly with contacts via email, CRM, etc. There will be more shared office space with modular characteristics. Newly designed space with open natural light to accommodate the changing work habits will continue to command higher prices and demand.
